Dear Parents and Guardians,

Welcome to Happy Kids Academy Boca! We are truly honored that you have chosen our school and delighted to welcome your family into our community.

Our team is committed to providing high standards of care, clear and respectful communication, and a warm early childhood environment where every child can feel safe, build confidence, learn, grow, and thrive.

We believe that the strongest foundation for a child is built through a caring partnership between families and educators. We look forward to getting to know your child, celebrating their progress, and working together throughout their journey with us.

Parents' Registration Checklist

Completed Enrollment Form and Registration Packet

Photograph of child for the school file

Completed Medical Examination Form

Updated Immunization Record (Form 680)

Copy of mother and father/guardians' driver licenses

Signed acknowledgment of Parent Handbook

First Day of Attendance Checklist

Extra labeled clothing in a Ziploc bag

Small blanket and fitted cot sheet for naptime

All personal items clearly labeled with the child's name

Diapers and wipes, if needed

No medication left in the child's bag

Important Information

Communication: General updates are provided through school-approved platforms. For urgent or specific concerns, contact the Director directly.

Supervision: Children are supervised by qualified staff in accordance with licensing requirements.

Custody and authorized pickup: Current legal documents affecting custody, pickup, or access must be provided to the school. Verbal custody instructions cannot be followed.
