Parent Agreement

Operating hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM-6:00 PM. Full-Time Program: 7:30 AM-6:00 PM. Part-Time Program: 7:30 AM-3:30 PM.

Late pickup: A fee of $30.00 applies for the first 15 minutes past the 6:00 PM pickup time, followed by $1.00 for each additional minute.

Monthly tuition is due in full on or before the 1st day of each month for that month's enrollment. A $15.00 late fee applies if payment is not received by the close of the due date. A $35.00 fee applies to returned or declined payments. The nonrefundable registration fee is due at enrollment and renewed annually each August.

Scheduled holidays are considered attendance days and tuition remains due. Tuition is due regardless of attendance. For one full week of absence, full tuition is due. Additional consecutive weeks are charged at half tuition.

After 12 consecutive months of enrollment, two vacation weeks may be taken with one month's notice and no tuition charge. The child may not attend during an approved unpaid vacation week.

Potty Training and Classroom Placement

Children who are age 3 on or before September 1 may transition to the 3-Year-Old Program only when fully potty-trained. Readiness includes independently communicating toileting needs, consistent toilet use, remaining dry during activities and nap, wearing regular underwear, and managing basic routines with minimal assistance.

Readiness must be demonstrated at home and school. Children not ready by September 1 remain in the younger classroom until ready. The Academy may assess and re-evaluate placement based on development, toileting success, emotional readiness, and classroom participation. Pull-Ups require documented medical approval. Personal potty chairs are not permitted.

Current Tuition and Payment Schedule

Registration Fee: $250, due at enrollment. School Supplies Fee: $200, due at enrollment.

Full-Time Tuition, meal included: $2,040 per month. Part-Time Tuition, meal included: $1,840 per month.

All tuition and fees are paid through Brightwheel. Monthly tuition is due in full on or before the 1st day of each month for the upcoming month of attendance.

Tuition and fees may change upon written notice. Attendance may be suspended when an account is past due.
