Sunscreen Application Policy

The facility does not apply sunscreen. Parents/guardians who want sunscreen protection must apply it at home before arrival. By signing, you acknowledge that staff will not perform sunscreen application under this policy.

I authorize the staff and Director of Happy Kids Academy Boca to consent to necessary emergency medical and first aid care for my child while the child is in the Academy's care.

Over-the-Counter Topical Ointment Permission

I give Happy Kids Academy Boca staff permission to apply parent-provided over-the-counter topical products as needed. Products may include diaper cream and insect repellent. Products must be labeled with the child's name and delivered directly to the Director or teacher; they may not remain in a cubby or bag.
